Returns and Refunds
All items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your purchase, minus any shipping costs. Return shipping is at buyer's cost.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or a signature required ticket. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that all cut to order runners and cut to order rug grips are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the fact we are cutting to your exact measurements we cannot resell the item.
