Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery policy:
All items purchased will be shipped once payment has been received (weekdays only). Auckland post will be overnight, elsewhere in the North Island will take 1-2 working days, and South Island will take 2-3 working days. Please note if you live in a rural area, delivery may take longer.

Return/exchange policy:
Any goods purchased online can be exchanged or returned within 7 days for a full refund minus any shipping costs. Return shipping is at buyer's cost.
Items purchased in store are not refundable, but we will happily exchange the goods within 3 days. 
Any runner that has been cut to the size you require is not refundable or exchangeable. As soon as it is cut, it is yours.

Damaged goods:
Damage to goods while in transit or defects in manufacturing do occasionally occur. If the unfortunate event of having damage or a defect happens to your goods, we will make it right. Please fully inspect your rug at the time of delivery, and take note of any imperfections at that time. Then please contact us and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
